Introduction

CUC America Inc. was established in July 2023 as the American arm of the CUC Inc., a Japan-based healthcare company dedicated to “Creating Hope Through Healthcare."

In January 2024, CUC America officially entered the U.S. healthcare market through the acquisition of “Albaron Podiatry Holdings, LLC (currently CUC Podiatry Holdings, LLC),” which operates “Beyond Podiatry,” a podiatry clinic platform with more than 30 clinics across the Midwest, including Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio.

With the growing demand for podiatry services due to the aging population and an increase of patients with lifestyle-related diseases, Beyond Podiatry has become one of the largest platforms in the Midwest, in terms of both clinic locations and the number of podiatrists.
